Management seems oblivious to high turnover and is not particularly keen on solving the issue;
Career advancement is hard to achieve and they expect you to take on a new role without compensation; 
Lack of planning and poor management are hurting the company, the development of new products, and current products are not competitive;
CEO and CPO seem to enjoy playing good cop, bad cop;
Compensation is well below market;
Only positive aspect is the people who are still there who are amazing to work with.

It's a joy to work at 24/7 - the people and management are very supportive. 

I currently manage Payroll, Benefits, Commissions  and the Success Factors - Employee Central for the Canada Office.   I have learnt a lot over the past 10 years. 

24/7 is a fast paced environment, and the growth rate doubles year over year.

The recruiting team made my interview process so easy. My manager and team provide positive encouragement and it's easy to feel like I am not in a remote environment.

24/7 is a great company to work for and the people and culture was amazing. My main focus was payroll and benefits that I managed on a daily basis.  The biggest project was implementing a new payroll processing system as well as a new HRIS system.

company had a great job culture but people didnt stay long in the company due to management.

I've learned a lot with regard to the online shopping culture in the U.S. Especially Black Friday and Cyber Monday; these are two events where our account Target.com gets more customers and it is our job to provide the best customer service possible.

Learned the accounts and culture of the country. Handled telecom accounts in the UK. I learned how to troubleshoot all kinds of mobile phones and how to handle lost and stolen phones too.

I would not recommend this company.  Too many chiefs, office politics, it's all about who you know and not what you know.  if you are not buddy with managers, don't even bother.  Very bad company to work for!

A great working culture. Everyone is friendly and easy to get along with. Employee benefits are excellent and the work life balance is good. 

There are many changes and lots of uncertainty.
